Creating a “tutorial project” on LiveEdu.tv is easy. But, before we get started with the tutorial, let’s understand the term “tutorial project”.
Tutorial projects are projects where the streamer is in full teaching mode and includes a project overview and resources that viewers can download for practice. These live project sessions are educational, interactive, and engaging, e.g. “How to create Flappy Bird on Android plat
Now, let’s go through a simple guide on how to create a “tutorial project” on LiveEdu.

How to create a Tutorial Project on LiveEdu
Step 2: Once you are logged in, you need to go to your profile menu at top right as shown in the image below.
Step 3: Now, you need to click on the “My Projects” option.
Step 4: You will now be redirected to the Project page. There, you can create a project by clicking on “Start New Project” button.
Step 5: A new window will popup, you need to fill up the project name, project category, the field the project belongs to, and also select the type of the project as “Tutorial”. It can belong to programming, game development, data science, design, augmented reality, virtual reality and artificial intelligence.
An example of a “Tutorial Project” would be as follows:
- Project Type: Tutorial
- Project Broad Category: Programming
Step 6: Once you have filled-in all the information, click on the “Create Project” button to complete the process.
Step 7: You will now be redirected to the project channel.
Step 8: Now, you can add more information to your “Tutorial project” so that the viewers knows what they can expect from the tutorial project.
Step 9: You can add more information to the Project Overview by clicking on the “edit button” on the right. Once done, you will get the following window.
You can change the programming language, add a link to the demo project and add a GitHub repository as well. The more related information you add, the better it will look, so don’t forget to add information. Click on “Save” after entering the Project Description.
A good example of project description is shown below.
Step 10: As this is a tutorial project, you need to add two more important fields: Tutorial Overview and Curriculum. Click on the edit button to add more information.
Once done, you will see two fields – Tutorial Overview and Curriculum.
As you can see, you can add information as you like with clear formatting. You can also add images if you need to. Moreover, you can use Markdown to format the information. On the bottom, you can see “Choose file” option. This means that you can add project files directly to your project page.
Once done, click on the “Save” button to finish adding information and files to your “Tutorial project.”
